Warm Oriental Chicken and Prawn Salad (for 4 persons)
200 grams of raw chicken breastSautee chicken breast pieces in a few drops of canola oil. When chicken is almost done, add the prawns and sautee till done. Add 1 cup of Zu's dressing and cashews. Let it heat up, pour equablly over the 4 plates of mixed green salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with a scoop of rice (optional but recommended)
20 pieces of raw prawns
1/4 cup of cashews
4 plates of mixed green salad, garnished with slices of cucumber, tomatoes and alfafa sprouts
1 cup of Zu's kitchen warm oriental dressing
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (optional)
2 cups of cooked jasmine rice (optional)
Salmon with warm oriental dressing (for 4 persons)
4 times 100 gm. salmon fillet rubbed with 1/4 tsp each of salt and a pinch each of pepperHeat butter in a pan. Fry salmon fillet. When done, pour Zu's oriental dressing over the fillet. Let it heat up and serve over a bed of rice with some vegetables or salad.

1 tbsp butter or canola oil
Another variation: Bake or barbeque whole salmon. When it is almost done, cut slices into the fish and pour the warm salad dressing over it. Finish by baking in the oven till cooked.
